I appreciate the reliability and flexibility of Bens Cleaning Services. Thank you so much for always remembering to show up as scheduled and on time. Also thank you for being flexible and willing to show up all of those extra times when I needed help because guests were coming and I was crunched on time in getting the house ready and for coming in more often to help me keep up with all the vacuuming from my shedding dog. :) I really hope that everyone who comes here to work is as comfortable as we are having them here. The quality of work has also been fantastic these past few months. Thank you for hiring such amazing people who display such an amazing standard of excellence. Thanks again for everything!

We find them friendly and courteous, meticulous in their work, and very accommodating to our needs. Some weeks we don't need the exact same rooms cleaned and they are always so flexible and helpful. Ben's Cleaning Services has been attending to the upkeep of our Raleigh 3 bedroom home for around 8 years. He have grown from doing all of the cleaning work himself to teaching a strong and honest team of housekeepers to do quality cleaning work based around the customer's needs and schedule. They can be trusted to follow through, and to make amends for any rare mistakes or damage. The supervisor is the first person to tell the homeowner if there is a problem, and how they have already planned to rectify the situation at no inconvenience to the homeowner. They manage the housekeeping staff efficiently, always checking personally to see if there are any special needs or concerns on each cleaning day. I never worry about not being home when Ben’ Cleaning staff come into our home, and have given them key access. I recommend Ben’s Cleaning Services highly!
